Kingsgrove Public School has two libraries – one located on the Caroline street campus and one on the Kingsgrove Road campus.
The Caroline street campus library serves students in Kindergarten to Year 2 and focuses on developing an appreciation of quality student literature.
The Kingsgrove road campus library serves Year 2 to Year 6 and focuses on developing a love of quality literature as well as an understanding of digital literacies such as using the internet for research. The Kingsgrove road library is open 3 days per week at lunchtime for students to read, borrow books and do quiet activities.
Students require a library bag to protect borrowed books. Students can purchase school library bags from the school office on each campus for $10.
Our teacher Librarian is Ms Harrison.
Borrowing at the library is easy. See the below how-to guides to see how you can borrow an e-book and reserve a book at the library.
